Mcdonald's - Manhattan

Service, great. eat, average. soft drinks, very bad, too much carbonic acid. I didn't have a coke that tastes like a coke. I guess the best is a lost art!

The people who work here are doing a very fine job. Very engaged. Trying not to let anybody down even if you ask for extra ketchup and onions. Food was hot and fresh. Orders are certainly coming out as fast and well made as possible. Much appreciated.

Absolute joke. Waited in line since 10:15, there was only one car in front of me. Wasn't able to order until after 10:30 when the menu changed, wouldn't let me order breakfast even though I was present way before it changed. 10:45 now and I still haven't been able to get out of the line.

Extremely slow because the employees are very lazy. You will wait in the drive for 20-30 minutes and your order with either have poor quality food or be incorrect. It use to be better than the one on the other side of town but they switched efforts.

The food was really good, fries very hot and perfectly salted. The sandwiches we ordered were as well. Crisp lettuce on what we ordered. The in-store kiosk ordering process should be improved at this location. The kitchen prep staff who completes orders were not mindful of my father and I placing an order on the kiosk. We saw our order number on the In Progress side of the monitor, but then swapped over to the Now Serving side for about 3 or 4 seconds and then disappeared. The prep staff member was completing Delivery orders very quickly but doing nothing else. The drive thru staff were sending orders very fast. 10-15 minutes pass and we still have no order. I finally took our receipt from the kiosk and gave it to the order prep staff member and asked her if she could please check on that order. She looked at it, took it to the kitchen but never said anything to me about what happened. She started making our order finally, I am assuming someone dumped the order in the system, on accident probably and that's okay. Please improve the preparing and completion of orders sent from the kiosk to the kitchen.
