Old Chicago - Manhattan

We've been fans of this Old Chicago since it opened downtown, and we've come to appreciate it even more in its new location on the west side of town. The most important aspect—what has remained constant—is the staff's commitment to catering to their customers' needs. If something isn't right, they ensure it gets fixed. They are eager to offer suggestions when needed and are open to customizing a meal to perfectly match your preferences. Most importantly, they treat you with respect and genuine friendliness. I highly recommend this location; it's truly the best of the best.

This restaurant is a fantastic pizza and beer spot with numerous TVs for entertainment. In addition to pizza, they offer some great options like burger specials on Wednesdays, and you can join their beer tour to sample some exciting new brews. I've consistently had excellent service; however, I have noticed a few instances of less-than-great service, typically due to challenging patrons. If you're in the mood for fine wine and steak, this isn't the right place. The atmosphere is lively, with friendly staff and regulars who create a welcoming environment (at least from my experience). An added bonus is that they are pet-friendly on the patio. I often bring my puppy, who enjoys it just as much as I do, and he receives plenty of attention from both employees and other guests as he's still an adorable little guy (although that will change as he grows). Overall, this is currently my favorite spot in the Manhattan, Fort Riley, and Junction City area.

I just want to express how incredible the server, Cris, was during my visit. It's not often that you encounter someone who truly embodies excellent customer service. She definitely deserves a bonus or a promotion for her outstanding work!

After several unsuccessful attempts to go onto the Old Chicago Survey website to do a survey I decided to just do a review here. We have been to this location several times and always get great service. The food is always well prepared and delivered hot. Brynn and Sarah have been our 2 most recent bartenders(we always sit at bar). They are both awesome and always greet us with smiles and always help me choose a new beer to try. Everyone at this location is always upbeat and friendly. Always a great experience at this location.

Friendly staff yummy food!! Something for everyone. Loved the Tuscany chicken pizza. I will definitely come back again when visiting my son.
