Mcdonald's - Manheim

The food was mediocre, especially considering the price. I don't eat at McDonald's often these days, and wow, their prices have really skyrocketed for fast food. I don’t think I'll be returning to McDonald's anytime soon. The restaurant was clean and the service was good, but the value just isn't there for me anymore. I can find better options for less money at many other places.

I stop at this McDonalds twice a week for breakfast. Typically drive through, occasionally order in. Every time I go here, the staff is overly pleasant. It's McDonalds food so I know what I'm getting when I go, which means how I'm treated matters. Alsomy son trained at this location and worked for another and comparing the two, this location has exceptional service. I don'ttypically wait either... but it's fast food so if you go at lunchtime... it might be busy don't complain.

I visited McDonald's today around 12:15 PM and noticed that there was a long line of customers. The staff did an incredible job of getting everyone through the line quickly. I ordered a Big Mac, and it was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, especially given how busy it was. Thank you!

Just your typical McDonald's. The building is fairly new. They could benefit more with more employees. With that said wait times are fairly long. Even walking in to order I still can't get out of this place in 10 mins or less.

I have been thoroughly disappointed with this McDonald's location one too many times, so I feel it's necessary to leave a review. The food has consistently been cold, stale, or just not appealing. While the customer service is good, the quality of food at this location continues to fall short. Management or someone needs to address this issue because it's truly a shame. McDonald's has always been a go-to for me, but now it has become a place to avoid at all costs. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been dissatisfied with the food quality here.
