Rosie is truly a treasure when it comes to cake! Our wedding cake exceeded all our expectations, which I didn't think was possible. From beginning to end, Rosie made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. Her flavor combinations are incredible, making it difficult to choose just one, and she handles buttercream icing with such ease. I can't imagine trusting anyone else to create our wedding masterpiece! I will definitely turn to her for any special occasion cakes in the future. Rosie created our wedding cake for our October 2017 wedding at the Renaissance Faire, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. My expectations were not just met—they were completely surpassed! During our consultation, I felt assured, but I didn't anticipate how amazed I would be when I saw the finished cake in person. It not only looked stunning, but it also tasted absolutely incredible!

Rosie created the cake for our wedding on July 15th, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was a joy to work with and immediately understood the style I was aiming for just from my description. I knew our wedding cake would be gorgeous when I saw the stunning sketch she provided. When the day arrived, Rosie certainly delivered – the cake was so beautiful that I almost didn’t want to cut into it! Our guests are still talking about how delicious it was. Rosie did an amazing job on my wedding cake as well as my husbands surprise groomsmen cake. Her cakes look amazing and taste even better. She is a very talented person and very sweet. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and if I need another cake I will definitely go to her again she exceeded my expectations and then some I am a very pleased customer !!!
