This was held jointly with eds' bar which is just next door. The food was outstanding as was the service. A few portions of spicy meatballs, potata bravas, mânchego with chilli, mozzaraella with Serrano ham and peach, spicy chorizo to name but a few, accompanied by red wine and sangria from the bar were enjoyed by all. The five of us left feeling full for an incredibly reasonable 38 euros. My Serendipty also offer a range of other dishes which I intend to try when I return next year.
I have been here several times now and each time I have been impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. It is a friendly place and each order is cooked fresh using local ingredients so you have to be prepared to wait a little. However, it is all worthwhile! The English breakfast is only 6 euros and there is a bigger version for the very hungry! They will cook anything you want so you don't have to stick to the menu. I tried the bbq ribs as a takeaway and I will be definitely getting them again very big and meaty! Julie, the owner, also bakes great cakes. I ordered a birthday cake a couple of months ago and it was overflowing with fresh fruit! If you are in the Duquesa area I strongly recommend that you pay a visit!
