Barker House Apartments

This is a gorgeous cafe/juice bar with local artist work displayed about with a nice vintage style rooms on the other side of cafe. The owner of Persephone graes cafe is such a wonderful addition to this community. The employees are also very friendly. A slice of home away from home. ??. Love this place!

Loved living at The Barker House, good community. Old fashioned, not for those addicted to modernity. If you enjoy antiques, and unique living there's a lot of character! Current management is great. Best if just living and working in Manitou and do not need a vehicle. Didn't hear my neighbors, or street noise which is amazing considering it's in the heart of town!

Barker House is a cool place to live. The building itself is a historic landmark. The Barker House community is like a family. Everyone is warm and welcoming. The apartment is in the middle of downtown, so all bars, restaurants and shops are walking distance. The incline is walking distance as well. The manager is also really cool. She is a hard worker and does whatever she can to make sure all tenants are living comfortably. If you don't do d stuff and be a good neighbor, everything will be fine.
