Smokey's - MANITOWISH WATERS

This is an outstanding, upscale dining choice for the Minocqua area. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced given the quality. Our server, Barbara, provided wonderful service! The atmosphere is very pleasant, enhanced by the addition of live piano music. If you're looking to spend $20 or less per person, this might not be the right spot for you. However, in my opinion, the extra expense is well worth it.

While reservations aren't technically required, I highly recommend making one, especially during the summer season. They do a great job of preventing overcrowding in the dining room and kitchen, but that means you’ll need to book your normal dinner times a month or two in advance. It may seem a bit odd, but I assure you, it's worth it! I couldn't recommend this place more for an unforgettable experience that will leave you smiling from ear to ear.
