Spago Bistronomia Italiana - Manizales

I'm looking for American standards. the decor and the atmosphere is excellent, modern and appropriate. also the service was timely and professional. the antipasto mixto was so hoped to have a good mix of sautete mushrooms, salami, prosciutto, Spanish olives, roasted paprika, cheese... with bruschetta. for two people sufficient. the calamari was good, fresh and not excessively deep fried, which was appreciated. the lasagna bolognese was good, but not great. the balance of the meat sauce to cheese/noodles was low.

My husband and I both really enjoyed our meat at this nice restaurant. Appetizer, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine for $30 US. Excellent service and nice surroundings. We highly recommend it.

I am an Italian from New York City, born and raised on Italian food. I've lived here in Manizales for 5 years. I eat here at least 1 or 2 times per month. Their cuisine reminds me of home and the owner is a great...guy and speaks perfect English. I have never been disappointed with their food or service. By far my favorite restaurant here in town!

Spago is a real treat! We had signature salad and creative pizza. Delicious! Menu is diverse with many options. They are very professional with service from wine to serving food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
