Contribuisci feedbackI got the spicy beef for $7.95 . I was surprised how big my order was for the price. My wife got vegetable chop suey and she also enjoyed it. Definitely coming back.
Nothing special (which is not to say it's bad); but your typical quick Asian cuisine. Menu is really big (too big tbh). Sushi is okay. A place I'd go to for a quick lunch any day if I'm around. Definitely not bad. As a former Chipotle worker, I'm kind of sick of Chipotle so I usually dip over to Asian One.
It's not the best nor the worst. Food comes out quickly and there are options. If you have time to go somewhere else I would but we live close to here so we go. The food sits under lamps all day and you can tell when you chew it. The taste is pretty ok.
**Pros**: The service is very friendly, and they brought the food straight to our table. Everything was cooked fresh, which took some time; however, quality is worth the wait. Asian One isn’t like McDonald's or Taco Bell. The sushi, crab rangoon, egg rolls, chicken teriyaki, mei fun, and seaweed salad were all delicious, and the portion sizes were satisfying. My wife tried the lo mein and chow mein as well, and she enjoyed them too. **Cons**: The chow mein and lo mein were a bit dry for my wife's liking, but adding some soy sauce made them more enjoyable for her. I found the fried rice to be slightly dry as well. **Recommendations**: To the owner, I suggest looking into ways to make your fried rice, lo mein, and chow mein a bit more moist. To everyone else, definitely give this place a try! It's a new restaurant, so there may be a few bumps along the way, but the fact that the owner pays attention to customer feedback shows they genuinely care about their food and their patrons.
The staff at the restaurant are incredibly friendly and eager to accommodate guests. I truly appreciated the bright, open, and clean environment. The sushi at Asian One is quite impressive in terms of flavor, making it well worth the price. Their prices are competitive with other places in the area. I would currently rank them as the second-best sushi spot in town. The sushi is fresh and has a clean taste, while the rice is cooked perfectly—nice and fluffy, just as it should be. The rolls are lightly packed, which helps maintain the texture of the rice. The only downside I noticed was that many of their rolls seemed to lack the creativity and originality I was hoping for. They offer a variety of commonly requested rolls, but the one that stood out to me was the Mandarin roll, which was truly delicious. Overall, not bad for a sushi and hibachi restaurant in a small Minnesotan town. I will definitely be returning. #LetsGuide G.I. Joe Military discounts are available here.
