Opus V - Mannheim

The food, the creativity of the kitchen, the freshness of the ingredients and the composition of the exquisite ingredients look like their own. Also, the kitchen reacted with a lot of imagination to my lactose intolerance and found more than sufficient solutions so that I could be careless.

An absolute taste experience through all 5 courses and the 5 Menue Extras we were allowed to praise Tristan Brandt and his team who are deserved!

Great cooking class with the sympathetic Tristan Brandt and his team... cook with passion, fun and many aha moments. At the end you will enjoy the homemade dishes with the appropriate background knowledge.... not to forget the passionate sommelier that presents the appropriate companion for every walk with detailed explanation. And the whole thing about the roofs of Mannheim. Absolutely recommended!!!

We stayed yesterday at Opus V. The view in the separate room to the water tower with a slowly falling sun. Fantastic! Charming, the super nice service that accompanied us all night. The super delicious food and the view into the kitchen. It was really great! I was very happy about the cake! Thanks again to service and kitchen staff. They created an evening that we will remember for a long time. And yes, we definitely come back. You created a great restaurant. Feel good from the first moment! Thanks for the great evening.

Sensationell! We had the pleasure of enjoying this 2 star restaurant yesterday! It was a successful evening and the food was a taste explosion thanks for it. We already know a lot of star cuisine and this restaurant definitely belongs to those we will visit again!
