We can recommend the restaurant at any time. Super service, very friendly. The rich buffet was fully in line with our ideas and it tasted very well. This investment has been fully rewarded, especially since there was a beverage for the arena per person. It was a great experience to make this so before a concert, relax to eat and then get to the arena quite relaxed, while the others waited for the entrance in the wintery cold. We were allowed to enter the arena directly after dinner with a small security check without standing. And as our places were right on the same level we could get out of one door and into the other door. Very well organized. We can recommend the restaurant at any time. Great service, very friendly. It was a great experience to do this before a concert, to have a relaxed meal and to get into the arena completely while the others were waiting to be welcoming in the winter cold. Immediately after the meal we were allowed to go through a small security check in the arena without queuing. And since our seats were right on the same level, we could get out one door and in the other door. Everything organized great.

Wir waren im September vor einem Konzert da. Ausgerechnet an diesem Abend, hat es mit dem Essen nicht geklappt. Nun haben Sie Ihr System auf Buffet umgestellt. Vorteilhaft ist es, dass man zwei Stunden vor Konzertbeginn schon Essen und dann anschließend direkt und ohne erneutes Anstehen in die Arena kann. We were there in September before a concert. The buffet was available for 25 € per person drinks extra although 35 € per person had been made during the telephone reservation. The buffet was packed. We were able to choose between a total of three courts and repeat them. There was a selection of fish, sprinkled and vegetarian. In addition, a small but completely sufficient selection of desserts and salads, all very appealingly arranged. The service was very friendly and attentive. The ambience can be called calm and pleasant. The taste of the dishes was not noble.....but quite okay. Overall, it was a nice and cozy start to a great show, combined with the advantage of bypassing the long snake at the entrance and the security procedure. Wir waren vor einer Veranstaltung in der SAP Arena dort. Das Essen gab es vom Buffet und war zwar grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, aber den Preis von 35 € pro Person nicht wert. Auch vom Ambiente eher bessere Kantine denn Restaurant. We were there before an event at the SAP Arena. The food was from the buffet and while it wasn't bad in general, it wasn't worth the price of €35 per person. Also from the ambience rather better canteen than restaurant.
