After an event we had 16 people tables were reserved at 21:15 in the restaurant. We sat at 2 tables and got 2 cards straight. For a quarter of an hour, nobody asked if we wanted to drink. On demand for more menus there was another 1! At 22:00, one of our guests was looking for a waiter so we could order. We had to wait for drinks and food forever. No one came by after 23:00 to ask if we wanted to reorder something...

The kitchen is excellent and ingenious. very good and accommodating service

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the food there. except the breakfast. we had a week before the arrival reserved a table online. after a few days, I was called to sign for the orchestra. I didn't know. I said that, and we just want to eat one table. that wouldn't be a problem. then on Friday night we arrived, I personally asked for our reservation for the next day and I was told that it was in order. on Saturday night then surprise them first we were addressed couple times and left to stand again it takes a moment. then we were told that today it is a closed company in the outside area of the restaurant (the orchestra), but we should wait in the lobby. in the inner everything was empty. then my man said we're going somewhere else to eat and tell them they apologized, but nothing else. it was our high-time day and I had said that at the reservation. a daunting experience in a 4-star hotel. we were also good next to the l ́Osteria, but not what we wanted for our special day. we are not demanding people, but we want to be treated with something more respect, especially on such a day. on Friday night we drank good cocktails but as I said, the service is unfortunately not very attentive

Eating was very good. price performance actually consistent. but over 7 euro for still water (750ml) is not possible.
