Restaurant le Soubeyran - Manosque

Discovered by chance, being passing: Very good meal, warm welcome and a lot of humor

This restaurant does not pay a mine at first but the kitchen is excellent. We had the chance to taste a real Provencal aperitif, a delicious home aïoli (on Friday only) and a foot pack of excellent invoice. The lemon pie meringue obviously home has only confirmed our excellent impressions. Our host was more charming to let us remember a very good evening in Manosque. To be recommended.
