With servers everywhere try to hold back the virus, even pour Chowder for me. The...Stir-fry Scallops was the hi-lite, large, juicy perfectly cooked. Calamari came in spiral form? Lachs was delicious. Panfritted shrimps were also delicious. Salad bar includes cold shrimp salad, cold crab (fake) salad cold salmon salad. Sushi also Prime Rib was carved. Good, but everything seemed to be medium. No reference to Rosa in our wishes. Prepare a cookie with fruit. Cheers all
I went to this restaurant for a family birthday celebration hoping to enjoy a nice meal with my family, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the food was okay overall, the scrambled eggs were terrible. I expected better quality, especially considering it was a casino restaurant and I had to pay $20 for my meal. What was even more concerning was the behavior of other diners at the buffet. They showed a complete lack of consideration for others, rushing to fill their plates with large amounts of food and using their hands haphazardly without following proper etiquette. It was a chaotic and disrespectful sight, with people being rude and unhygienic, eating directly from the buffet and not bothering to use utensils. If you are someone who values cleanliness and proper dining etiquette, I would recommend avoiding Sunday brunch at this restaurant. The food was average at best and definitely did not live up to expectations. Personally, I will not be returning.
We have family celebrations here where we can assemble members from far wide in order to eat drink be merry at the big buffet. Worth 8t, no dishes.
Went as a family of two adults and two seven year old kids. The food is not bad but nothing to be excited about either. Dessert does not give you those happy can 't wait to got there feelings. This is more of a quantity experience...rather than a quality experience. Adults $19.99 and kids $13.99. Think it is too much to pay for a seven year old. Improvements have been made to the restaurant 's decor and the new cutlery is sturdy. However after not being there for a long time it will be a while before we return. All the plates are dirty with food stuck on them. It is hard to find a clean plate. The cutlery also has bits of food stuck to it. They all feel rough to the touch...both the top and underside. Don 't know whether these are being washed manually or by a machine but it is failing restaurant cleanliness standards. Hopefully Hard Rock will eventually fix these issues.
It had been a long time since my last visit at the Ottawa Carleton raceway buffet, and I was not disapointed. We were approx 40 to celebrate a birthday. Donna, ensured to have our glasses full at all times and assisted in preparing the area....We attended for the Sunday brunch and found the food to be very good. There was a big selection for breakfast items and every stations were kept full and clean. The personel at each of these stations were very polite and prepared the food as wished. The only thing, I missed was a bit more fish. There were some shrimps and a crab salad, but no salmon, or other type of fish on the menu. I understood there was suppose to be some seafood items. All in all, the food was excellent as was the service and everyone had a good time.
