Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

It is currently 2:54 PM and the restaurant is not busy at all. Unfortunately, every table and chair is dirty and there is no one cleaning them. The drinks and condiments are also not up to par. The chicken strips were cold and unappetizing. The fries were okay. The person who took my order was friendly, but the person who called our number was impatient and rude. Our order was also not complete when they called us. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. The restaurant could definitely improve.

The restaurant was unclean and the salad had a lot of undesirable core pieces. I ordered the strawberry sparkling salad with grilled chicken, but it tasted like leftovers. The grilled chicken seemed more like shredded bread than actual grilled chicken. The tables were never wiped down while we were there, and I left feeling dirty. The salad in the photo looked like it had a lot of core pieces on the left side.

It could have been a better experience, but the employees lacked leadership and discipline. The dining area was clean, but behind the counter was chaotic. The staff complained about unprofessional customers, and it seemed like the administration only cared about making money. This place has potential, but it's unclear what's really going on. In my personal experience, I would not recommend this place unless they improve their management. I'll be looking for a different location where the staff is taken care of. Hopefully, the management addresses these issues for future customers.

Braum’s seems to be a very popular place on Sunday, the only problem I have it from teenagers who sometimes tell them that they don’t like their work preparation of eating and the ice is sloppy not very professional. I think it must be more trainings to talk to the customers and preparation of the food others than obviously humans don't mind. I enjoy my ice sun and my banan column I will still go and be waited.

It could have been a better experience but the employees seems to lack guidance and discipline. The overall place when you enter was clean but behind the counter was a different story. It was quite a mess and employees were complaining about certain customers which is very unprofessional. It seems that the management does not care much as long as they collect the cash. This place has so much potential but who knows what's really going on. My personal experience; I would definitely NOT recommend this place any longer if you can't take care of your establishment staff. For the moment, I will have to find another location or take my business somewhere else where they care. Hope that the management care enough to fix these issues as there are other not so great reviews. Future Customers Beware Be Aware...
