Burger King - Mansfield

They had to give them a star that is too many stars! This place set the latest standard for fast foods the slowest ride thru in the city. They also make mistakes in ordering. Can't believe this place is still open!

I ordered a Jr Whopper Meal for lunch. What the hell is that? Come to Burger King... why is the hamburger smaller than the cheese and the bungalow?! As for the service, it was fine... not to praise. I mean, look at my sandwich. Two small pieces of salad. My interaction wasn't the biggest. I guess people don't know how to interact with customers nowadays.

The wait for our order was 27 minutes. We ordered 2 Diet Cokes, a Coke, and a Dr. Pepper. We also ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon, but it came without bacon and was cold. While this Burger King has been around for a while, I was disappointed by the lack of effort to improve despite consistent bad reviews. I hope that eventually, this place will close down and make room for a new establishment with better customer service.

The food was very good. It is run by young teenagers and the place looks unattended. This place is in urgent need of a responsible adult, needs better management. It looks like he ran away. And not enough staff. There is hardly any abandoned from outside, there are no clientele. The only thing to do is eat.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The drive-through attendant was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. He immediately noticed that I was in a wheelchair and made sure to assist me in handling my items. He took his time with me, which was greatly appreciated as I have difficulty with shaking. I visited between 2:50 and 3:20 and wish I could remember the young man's name. I highly recommend this location for their excellent service.
