No tons of fat!Also the manager was on top of everything and made sure everything goes smoothly while customers were waiting in line.I’ll definitely go back to this location.
Honestly i used to love coming here when i was younger but yesterday when i came in with my cousin they had 4 people up front and nobody took our order after waiting 10 minutes, there was a girl who was just cleaning and getting in everyone's way, the one who works at the register she wears a mask i believe she's asian i could be wrong but after i paid my food she went to the back and my cousin was waiting a good 5 minutes for her to come back and nobody knew where she wondered off to they had to go get her and she threw the change at me and my cousin, my cousin ordered a kids meal which comes with a drink and chips and she wanted to charge her extra for it, this chipotle has terrible costumer service and they barley even fill your bowl up, the girl gave me half the spoon full when i asked for rice and beans, i had to ask for more because i wasn't paying 10 bucks for half a bowl of food
Ordered 2 bowls online and got 1/2 empty bowls, but the safely loaded full price. Will never return.
Great customer service!!! In line for almost 10 minutes, while 3 people make online orders without anyone recognizing the growing line within the store. They would have thought that we were invisible, but for the young lady in the register the people in the line shout twice that one of the Salsas was only available for online orders. I asked to talk to the manager Rickey who was on the grill, but was completely ignored by him. How do you not justify the entire front line to serve the customers who are in front of you to fill online orders. Obviously, this store needs training and better management.
I don't even know why I always try to give this place a chance! My husband ordered ahead over the mobile app and one, everything was cold, even if we were at the scheduled pick-up time, and two, my husband ordered double chicken and rice in his bowl and when we came home to eat his bowl was literally only 5 slices of chicken and his bowl was only half full. We tried the mobile app, because usually when we go to the associates are rude, there are no greetings and very bland and dry when ordering, but no, that was not better! We will not return and take the additional trip to Qdoba!
