Domino's Pizza - Mansfield

YUM YUM YUM!!! My Pacific Veggie pizza looks and tastes amazing! The Domino’s in Mansfield is the best. My pizzas, sandwiches, and brownie/cookie desserts are always perfectly prepared and hot upon delivery.

I have been satisfied with my order 9 out of 10 times. I order pizza from this place at least every two weeks. I've learned that it's better to pick up my order on Friday or Saturday evenings, as they are extremely busy with delivery. The last few Ultimate Pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce and medium crust have been especially delicious! Just a note: I always order online. Occasionally, the website experiences issues, likely due to the high volume of orders.

This is the worst pizza experience you will find in Mansfield. Probably 6-7 times last year every time order said about 25-40 min delivery waited over an hour each time. Even tonight expected time 25-30 minutes waited an hour to say they have 1 driver and he is on another delivery. Changed to perform said it would be 10-15 minutes. Get 15 minutes later to say it will be another 10 minutes and the lady wants to have an attitude about me, asking where to lodge a complaint.

I placed an online order and completed the payment with my credit card. The tracking updates indicated that my pizza was being prepared and then cooked in the oven. However, I received a call from the restaurant stating that my address is outside their delivery area, so they couldn't fulfill my order. It seems to me that they just didn't want to make the delivery. If my address really were outside the area, I shouldn't have been able to place the order on their website in the first place.

I had never ordered from this restaurant before, so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a bad decision. After placing my order, I didn't receive a call from them until about an hour later. At that point, they informed me it would take an additional two hours for delivery, and I had already waited an hour. I requested a refund and ended up ordering from Papa John's down the street.
