Delays online orders, you 'll order 30 minutes ahead of time to go in and wait, as people come in and make orders on the spot and get priority.If you call in an order, they will cancel it random. I called in an order, had it cancelled a few minutes later. I call in and ask what happend and im told "sorry we are busy so we just cancelled the last 5 orders but you can go to another location "Well, I will go somewhere else but it wont be jersey mikes.
Ordered a medium steak cheese and onion, very disappointing, very little steak cheese and onion., was the size of a small.Won’t go back!
They started to cancel my orders from door dash because they don’t like to hear the truth. If my sandwich is soggy and it’s make wrong got missing ingredients wth do you think is gone happen im suppose to give you my money and be okay with that I don’t think so. Employees are rude af and do things like they just don’t care, you should treat peoples food the way you’d like your food to be handled. Which I’m sure is done right because it isn’t free, when you pay for my meal then you can do it as you darn well please. I’d like to see them refuse to serve me in person but it’s rude when I’m paying for my meal I’m not stealing it and you decline my order just because you feel like it. You should be fired for making the company lose money. Hopefully higher power does contact me so I can inform them on how you are purposely making them lose money because you simply won’t just do your job correctly.
