Little Caesars Pizza - Mansfield

You can't go wrong with the price! My kids enjoy this pizza more than Papa John's, and it's way more affordable for feeding the whole family. We got a Pepsi, breadsticks, and two pizzas for just $21. The service was quick and professional. We'll definitely be returning!

I ordered a pizza for delivery, but it arrived 30 minutes late. I've been trying to call the restaurant for 20 minutes, and no one is picking up. I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I placed my order through DoorDash without any issues, but I noticed that my usual jalapeño sauce wasn't available as an option. I decided to call the restaurant to see if I could add it to my order and pay for it, but a person named Mr. Davis (if that's even his real name) answered the phone and said they don't take orders over the phone—only online or through DoorDash. I pointed out that I had just placed a pizza order over the phone, and he responded that I just need to order over the phone. So, to clarify, I can place a pizza order, but I can't add an existing order for just some sauce? I won't be ordering from them again.

Awful service. I ordered a large pizza and crazy bread, but they prepared the wrong items. I waited for over 45 minutes. The staff seemed indifferent, more focused on chatting than attending to customers. When my pizza and crazy bread finally arrived, they turned out to be someone else’s order that had not been picked up, and both items were overcooked and nearly burned. I wouldn't recommend dining here; they clearly don’t prioritize quality food and often complained about not wanting to be there. My suggestion: find another location.

I just made a retrieved pizza from this place for the first time and that's just not acceptable???? The pizza is to the point where it breaks when I pick it off I have 3 good slices from this box and the rest are just disgusting.

Had the worst service and food experience of any pizza place ever at the Little Ceasars in Mansfield, TX located on Debbie Lane. We ordered almost $70 worth of pizza including service fees and driver tip at 4PM to be delivered at 6PM. At 5:59PM I get a text that my order was cancelled. I tried to call the location many times and they must have had the phone off the hook because it just rang busy. My wife went to the store and said that the line was full of people with the same situation, canceled pizza orders. She stated that there was a person standing at the register canceling order, after order, after order. She finally got to speak to a team lead and convinced him to give her all the hot and ready items they had which ended up being 2 totally overcooked and burned cheese pizzas, 2 decent pepperoni pizzas, 1 three meat which must have been somewhat fresh, and two deep dish cheese which again we're overcooked. The attached image is one of the staff members (face hidden for privacy reasons) who is responsible for cooking your food. Taking no pride in the way he looks in front of customers so you can be guaranteed that he doesn't take pride in the way he prepares your food. Not wearing a Little Ceasars shirt or any type of uniform, pants sagging so every customer can see his underwear. I will NEVER give Little Ceasars of Mansfield another penny of my money.
