Luna Grill - Mansfield

I ordered a simple lunch and waited for my food. I noticed others who came in after me were being served first, so I asked the server if my order was almost ready. She had a heated discussion with the cook for a couple of minutes before I requested that she either fix my order or refund me instead of arguing. Despite the presence of management nearby, no one apologized for the delay. I decided to ask for a refund as I did not have time to wait any longer. To my surprise, they refunded me for everything except for my drink, which I found ridiculous. When I pointed this out, the server explained that the charge was for the drink I had while waiting. I was then offered a free meal card, but I declined as I was not willing to return to the restaurant with such poor management. There was no acknowledgment of their mistakes or efforts to make amends. I found it disappointing that the manager showed no concern for the situation at hand and only emerged from her office when it was time to open the register. This lack of customer service and management skills was evident on a Friday afternoon at 1 PM on October 21.

Located in Mansfield off of Debbie Lane, just outside of Arlington, TX, this Mediterranean restaurant offers good food, but unfortunately, I had to deduct a star due to a missed order that arrived 30 minutes late. The restaurant has a decent amount of parking available and is surrounded by other restaurants and stores to explore. It is conveniently located next to Bahama Bucks for dessert options. The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious, with each plate coming with a fresh salad, savory meat, seasoned rice, and grilled veggies. I enjoyed the Bistro Beef Kabob Plate with Harissa, my wife had the Gyro Meat Plate, and the Kids Gyro Plate with fries was perfect for our children. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my dad's order, which arrived late after we brought it to their attention with the receipt. While I was hoping for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for his meal. Despite this, we may consider giving them another chance in the future for an updated review.

We held our HOA Board meeting at this restaurant recently. It was a small group, but the location was ideal. Each person ordered something different and enjoyed their meals. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, although the food did take a while to be served. This worked well for our group as we were discussing various topics, but I did notice that some other tables were a bit frustrated with the wait for their meals.

We placed a catering order to be picked up at 5:30. My husband got there at 5:30 to be told that they accidentally gave the driver for door dash our catering order. The employee asked would you like to just cancel the order and he said absolutely not, since we have guest waiting for the food! My husband waited another hour to get the food in which they didn?t have kabob as weordered. We ended up getting all chicken and two skewers of kabob. We were not offered any kind of compensation until I asked ifwe would be getting something for this mess! He only offered a free appetizer! The food finally came and some of the chickenpieces were under cooked, kabob was burnt on one side , we spent a total of $195. We have never experienced such horribleservice and will never order here again!

I came in there today with my son. My server Kevin was extremely patient and kind with my son. He was exceptionally nice to every guest that walked in and out of the restaurant. He kept the dining place clean. Elizabeth who took my order was extremely nice. On top of all that my food was wonderful. I wish I’d taken a picture. I will definitely be coming back just for the amazing service and food.Kid-friendliness: My son said fist bumped my server because he was nice and funny.
