Great Pit stop at the top of the mountain before you hit the toll road, a 15 min/4 mile blue run that passes in green. Get a hot Coco of the Hit Toll Road, one of the most relaxing departures on the east coast. It is a logging trail that has a small church, about halfway. Large photo ops along the entire trail. Stowe is one of my favorites and the toll road is the run that makes this place special

If it is sunny at the summit, this is a must stop checkbox on your Stowe experience. The views are meant to die. Take off your skis, take a beer and a Clam Chowder and drive to the deck. You can see Mt Washington, or if it is a bit more cloudy, at least some adventurous freeskiers make their way up or down the summit behind the lifts. Unfortunately, on windy or cold days, this place is just another ski hut at the top of a hill.

Historical, funny, beautiful place to dine and warm up on the top of the Four Runner Quad. Amazing views also range from windows and decks!

Really nice people work there. Friendly and helpful. Best breakfast sandwiches on the mountain.

Good food, (expensive though). Great location next to the four runner quad lift.
