Sonic Drive-in - Mansfield

My Cranberry/Lemon slush was perfect on this hot summer day.

I ordered 3 corn dog's and a drink. Everything ok. No problem.

Update: I received an email from corporate offering a free Route 44 with a purchase as compensation for my inconvenience. Really? If I could give negative stars, I would.

We visited for dessert and had a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be returning. The service was excellent!

The drink I had was enjoyable, but the service was quite unfriendly. After sharing my experience and receiving a response suggesting I call for further assistance, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might just have been an off day for the staff. However, after reading several other reviews, it seems this location has a recurring issue with rude employees. The franchise owner might want to pay attention to the feedback and take some action instead of asking customers to jump through hoops. For me, it's not worth the trouble—there are plenty of other restaurants out there where I can enjoy excellent customer service and spend my money.
