Starbucks - Mansfield

I absolutely love this Starbucks! They are always quick with service. I know that Starbucks can be expensive, but for a grande frappuccino, it's only about $5. Some people think that's really pricey, but I understand that coffee costs more these days. I grew up in a more affluent area, so I might have a slightly spoiled perspective. That said, I really enjoy their coffee! I’m not a fan of drinks with too much ice because I feel like it dilutes the flavor. Overall, I love it! This is a fantastic restaurant with wonderful customer service. I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I walked in, and I was very satisfied with my entire experience. The ambiance makes you feel at home, and they genuinely care about making your visit special rather than just serving you a cup of coffee. The team is fantastic and has a great attitude.

The service was quick, which I appreciated. However, I found the music to be quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation.

This Starbucks location struggles to handle the demand. If you place an online order in the morning, expect to add about 15 minutes to the estimated pickup time. The last time I visited, I ultimately gave up and left because the wait was too long. I nearly faced the same situation again this morning. When I arrived, there were 12 people ahead of me waiting for their drinks, and I waited an additional 15 minutes after arriving—nearly 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time.
