The Roost - Mansfield

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant at Topnotch Resort. I love the outdoor setup, especially with the fire pits that keep things cozy on cool evenings. The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious—definitely worth a visit! The ahi tuna nachos are a must-try to start off, and the salmon risotto is absolutely delicious as well. Don't forget to save room for the blueberry tart for dessert—it's amazing! Thank you for the great service. Stay safe!

This is hands down the best cocktail lounge I've been to, and everything here is fantastic. Brian provided me with excellent service and was very friendly. My favorite part was the Shuffleboard table. If you're visiting Stowe, you definitely need to check out this trendy cocktail lounge!

The food here is amazing—especially the burgers and French drinks! We visited for a short time, and the staff was fantastic with our group. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed at the resort for 13 days and ate there every day! There were 3 of us and two were vegan including me....very nice selections and accusations. The staff was always smiling and so nice! Jorge seemed to let everything go and did everything. carlos and the other guy didn't get his name were all grate and pleasant every day! It was my first time with Jackfruit Barbeque and it was delicious! Thank you gentlemen for the best customer service I've seen for a long time!

Amazing food. Amazing service. Friendly accommodating staff. We came in for a quick bite after driving 8 hours and the manager was very quick to accommodate our specific needs.
