Wendy's - Mansfield

They've messed up my doordash orders at least 3 or 4 times. This time..the fries weren't salted among other problems with the food but lol how do you forget to put salt on fries though??? Horrible??management needs to do

Screw this place. No one speaks English. They only gave me 2 burgers when I paid for meals no chicken nuggets. I got 20 with of food for a 60 dollar order. Called for a full refund and was told I have to go in. This place sucks.

The family size nuggets tasted different than usual, they were also soggy, only a few were crispy and I know they hot and are smash together in a container but we ate it there in the parking lot, also I ordered a medium frosty and that cup used as a medium is a joke, it was so small, what does the small or even the junior look like lol, the Dave's double was okay, cheesy fries had barely any cheese and very hard salty fries, that was not edible.

Sloppy wet burger. Dripping. Soda machine was broken and no ice. The soda that came out of the second machine tasted wrong.

Chaperoned a field trip. Went in with 32 students got in line. The service was friendly, fast, and accurate. Other branches should model this brand. I have not had that kind of service and accuracy in a timely fashion in a very long time.
