Hi the first vineyard experience where we were knocked back for a tasting. Granted it was a long weekend but that business model will leave a lot of good business behind (as was the case with us)
Disgusting customer service from the manager Tiffany. From the moment we walked in she was rude. We ordered a private bus to pick us up at 5:30 not realising they shut at 5. There was absolute no reasoning with her. She was answering back like a child. Told us we had a lot to drink (we have left the place so sober) her attitude was something I’ve never seen before. A manager should be trained to give good customer service. Tiffany needs to put a smile on her face. Won’t be returning.
Soon as we walked in no one was welcoming or helpful, food was good service on food was great , When it was time to closing at at 5pm We were basically told to leave at 4pm The manager “Tiffany” was the most rudest person iv ever heard in all my dinning Experience, actually shocking the way she spoke to her patrons, We spent a lot of money and the way we got spoken to at the end is something I will never forget. I will never be returning here. Tiffany also told us to we need to leave Because she’s tired and she’s had a long day It was 4pm don’t tell your customers your problems, we don’t wanna hear it very unprofessional
Food and wines were great. Amazing setting with views across the mountains. Restaurant was good, but pressed on a busy day, with meals delayed. However, we were given complementary bread and an apology which wad a nice thought.. Will be back.
