Baskin-robbins - Manteca

I placed an order for delivery a few nights ago. Well, there was a problem with the order. I called, and when I started to describe the issue, the young lady knew exactly what had happened. She was apologetic, and she asked if I would come by so that they could make things right, and I agreed. When I showed up a day or so later, I was assisted by another very nice, apologetic young lady who was aware of the issue. Everything was made right, and I left very pleased. People can be so rushed, hostile, and rude these days. These young ladies were a breath of fresh air. Good customer service is much appreciated. But being polite and kind is everything.

I don't eat ice cream on a regular basis...so we went in for a small treat....it was wonderful!

Honestly, trying to create a review on ice cream is difficult. I have no complaints and I'm not sure how I would. The servers were great and helpful. They were courteous. The location was clean and the ice cream was a perfect end to a hot day in Manteca.

Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins. I've cream is always good.

Not sure what's going on with what we received from grub hub.Sundae was missing toppings and chocolate chip shake was over blended and turned into a chocolate shake. I'll go to the other main st location next time. They make it correctly.
