Do not order from them .. I order online and waited 3 hours that's when they about to close and they cancel the order saying the driver couldn't make the delivery.. they should of let me know after an hour so I can order from somewhere else.. terrible service and they trying to blame deliveries

Two star because I wish they would give the place a deep deep clean. The place has not been open for more than two years and it looks as if they hired my ten year old to clean the place regularly. Hope that gives you a good visual. It's pretty grimey. The food was on point the first year it was open... Now, to avoid disappointment, we ask in advance that all good be freshly made and get particular on what we expect. It's not that we're being picky, we just know what kind of food their franchise puts out and so we hold them to that standard.

I always order on door dash and they never give me Katsu sauce with my chicken Katsu so I thought I'd go in in order only to get home to see they gave just shrimp. Like what's going on at this location.

Not impressed. Asked for all rice, got all Mac, even though the order was repeated correctly. Chicken katsu was cold. Waste of money.

I've had Ono's many many times in the Bay Area (Hayward Fremont) but I was surprised to see different ratings for the locations in the valley. I got the mixed meat combo with an order of spam masubi. Both were good but I wouldn't say it was amazing. I would for sure order from them again. I can't comment on the location itself as I ordered delivery.
