Contribuisci feedbackThe cashier was bartender orders to the customer and when he was asked, she pointed to this young girl (who was in the ear shot) that was clearly new, and said she was mad because she was getting messed up! How demoralizing to this poor new employee! I'm not coming back.
Don't order from here. I order from here at least once a week. I got a cold, hard pizza. I called back to tell them and the girl on the phone Allie was rude to begin. She told me that the pizza was not reheated and she was sitting there on the oven. And told me I had what I ordered. Then she put the supplier to the phone Cody. He was rude to begin because he was angry that he didn't get a tip. I drove up the pizza and told them I just called over the pizza. And they had an attitude right away. An elderly man came from behind and started screaming at me. Then Cody came back and called me on. They threatened to get the cops on me when I didn't. I just wanted a new pizza or my money back. I'll never order from here again.
Incredibly friendly customer service?every single time. Food is amazing?especially the baked penne vodka with melted cheese on top ??
This place has been our go to place for almost 8 years, maybe more. Numerous mistakes over the years, however, that happens and you continue to give a business second chances, maybe more! Why? Probably to support your small hometown businesses, I don?t know anymore. Well, last night my daughter and I were in the mood for DRY wings?. which I always order when she wants wings because she doesn?t like sauce on them. My wife ordered and reminded the employee to put the sauce on the side- wings must be dry! The order arrived and they were covered in BBQ sauce. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time this has happened. But like I said, mistakes happen and we continue to go back. This time things changed! It changed when my wife called back to explain the issue and supposedly the employee thought she heard my wife say the ?f? word? Ironically, this is the same employee that rushed my wife through the order and off the phone. Perhaps if the employees taking the orders spent more time listening, the orders would be correct AND customers would not be told they say things they didn?t! When the correct order arrived (the 2nd time) there was a note for us! I attached a picture for you to read. After reading the note, which I thought was odd, I called and spoke to the Assistant Manager on duty. Quite frankly, the AM doesn?t feel customers are important to his success. I was told they?re sales are up 45% and it?s ok if you never come back. He obviously doesn?t understand that I am the customer who is helping build those sales. Businesses like this only hurt themselves. There is lots of competition out there and now is not the time to push customers away! I will now take my business elsewhere and I?m sure our other hometown pizza shops will be happy.
Pretty good wing spot, especially for the garlic parm. Didn't get a chance to try the pizza or ice cream yet, but they looked good. Large portions in a pretty average price range.
