Anaconda - Manuel Antonio Costa Rica

The view was stunning, but I was taken aback by the customer service. This was the only restaurant where we had to refill our own water. The food was delicious, but I was let down by the service. We may have been spoiled by the excellent service at El Avion.

My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant for breakfast and it was included with our stay there. But the staff was friendly and prompt and could speak and understand English. We also had monkeys all around the restaurant that was entertaining

I had an amazing experience at this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can enjoy a stunning view of the ocean every morning if you are a guest at Hotel Costa Verde. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, you can still visit this restaurant. The food was delicious, and we made it a habit to come here every morning before beginning our day.

During my stay at Hotel Costa Verde, I had breakfast at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I especially loved the beautiful view.

Our group of 11 stopped by for drinks on a Monday late afternoon. Not busy so we got lots of attention from the waiter. Very courteous in spite of the fact that he had few customers. Good drinks. Prompt service. Nice view. Very much worth a visit. And then there were the Monkeys. This was the last night of our vacation and we were staying at a Villa within walking distance. So we were used to Monkey Business. Who knows—may have been the same monkeys that came by our Villa multiple times a day!! Our first group was Squirrel Monkeys. They seem to just pass by—like the troupe at our Villa every day. But the Capuchins—watch out! They hang around and look for every opportunity. When one of our group excused to use the restroom, the opportunity was there. One of the critters jumped right over to the table and took a look at the drink from the empty seat! The waiter(s) were all over the situation with the squirt bottles. Monkeys gone! All GREAT fun at cocktail time!! (from our experience at our villa, they seem to disappear around sunset so no bother if you are there for food later in the evening). Will definitely return for food on our next visit to Costa Rica just because of the ambiance and vibe.
