Visited this place around 12 in night, person Vishal sharma was very welcoming and explained all the menu and items in the menu. Suggested us the best and we had amazing experience. Me and my friends we all love the food and store was neat and clean tidy. Washrooms were operational and store operated till 3 in night. Thanks Vishal for giving us a good time. Kudos to certified burger.

The quality of their burgers, along with their exceptional customer service, left a lasting impression on me. Let's start with the burgers themselves. They were absolutely delicious! The bun was fresh and perfectly toasted, adding a lovely crunch to every bite. The patties were cooked perfectly, juicy and full of flavor. However, what really made Hero Certified Burgers stand out was their amazing customer service. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff seemed genuinely invested in ensuring their customers had a great dining experience, and it truly made a difference. I want to give a special shoutout to Rajni, who stood out with her exceptional professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. She was attentive and her friendly attitude and willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel like a valued customer. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend visiting Hero Burgers for delicious food served with exceptional hospitality. Just a heads up: The food here is Halal.

Got hungry at 2AM. I was pleasantly surprised they were open til 4AM wow. Served by Mani,very nice young gentleman.He took care of all my special requests and made my order to perfection. This place was so good! We were looking for somewhere to eat after a long day at Canada’s Wonderland, and lots of places were already closed. We stopped in here because they were open late. The girl at the counter was very sweet. We ordered too spicy jalapeño chicken burgers and they were the spiciest chicken burgers we’ve ever had, but so good. And the poutine had squeaky cheese : .

I ordered the 8oz signature burger combo and it was delicious. Vishal provided great service and the location was fantastic.
