Contribuisci feedbackI used to work at Burger King and on Wednesdays, you didn't need an app or a voucher to get a special price. However, when I recently tried to order using the app, I was charged $4. It would have been helpful to be notified about the new app before placing my order. It would be appreciated if customers were informed about the new app for special promotions.
Every time I have given this place another chance, they have either messed up my order or forgotten a product. They have blamed me each time. The customer service is lacking, just like the employees and owners. It's clear they don't care about their customers. I suggest avoiding this place and trying one of the many other food options in the city.
We tried this restaurant for a lunchtime treatment, but it didn't taste very good. Whopper Burger was dry without sauce and the frits were tasteless. Just what saved the meal, we had discount coupons.
Every time we go to this huge restaurant, there are one or two other customers. The staff is always annoying and the food is prosssively getting worse. The burgers are warm when the frits are served or onion rings are hardly warm but... we wait long enough as if they cook them fresh. Don't! Something's wrong here. A front for another business, maybe? Something doesn't ring here. Don't go here and it looks like Lie doesn't change.
Dropped by for a quick snack on the way home last night and the double cheeseburger tasted great and is a good value. There never seems to be anyone in the restaurant so maybe a lot of drive thru business
