De Dutch Pannekoek House - Maple Ridge

Back again with the grandkids, who always have a great time with the tasty pannekoeks. Staff members are always friendly & helpful with your dining experience. Worth the visit!

This is our go to place for a family breakfast, we have as many as 13 of us at anyone time. However this last Sunday we had only 7 family members. Kids love the tasty pannekoeks with whipping cream & my dad loves the "rusks" in place of the toast.

This is a great place for breakfast or lunch, as the food is always tasty plus the staff a efficient & friendly. Grandkids love it here! Recommend getting a Dutch points cards, which will assist in getting discounts on future purchases.

The pancakes are delicious. The choices are unusual (for typical North American tastes) They offer the standard blueberry, strawberries & whipped cream etc fare but also interesting choices like apple & onion with molasses (they call it "stroop"), peach melba and whipped cream, trail mix pancakes and shaved smoked wild BC salmon, edam cheese and hollandaise sauce. Breakfast is a bit pricier than other places I've eaten at, but service was great. They they let me order 15 mins before closing and also let me change my mind about said order without complaining... and the restaurant is spacious, bright, clean and enjoyable to dine in.They also servce lunch fare.

We find that this is the families favourite breakfast place, so we bring the kids, grandkids & my parents for a tasty pannekoek. If you like the traditional breakfast, that is also available, staff members are great!
