Kitchen On The Ridge - Maple Ridge

My food was extra salty and there were parts of my meal that had other food pieces that I did not order. Halfway through my meal, I found a SHORT BLACK HAIR in my food. My husband called the restaurant to let them know and get a refund, they said all they could do was offer a discount or remake the food. They barely apologized for the hair in my food.I would not have written this review had it simply been a salty meal and parts of food I didn’t order, but I was disappointed in the customer service experience, seemed like they just shrugged their shoulders. Was not a good experience for us unfortunately.

Finally found the best Chinese in the Maple Ridge. I was a walk in and ordered a combo for 1 bbq pork fried rice, ginger beef, and sweet n sour pork from David. I had a special request and he nailed the entire order. All the meat is tender, ginger beef was crunchy and not chewy, fried rice was perfect. Sweet n sour pork was good size bites and not all breading. Lastly the egg rolls were also perfect. I absolutely will be returning and highly recommend?

Ordered for delivery Sunday night and came pretty quick (other places were quoting over an hour) ~30-40 mins. We ordered 2 dinner boxes for 1, which has a selection of chowmein or rice and 2 proteins for each. Portions were HUGE and the food arrived hot. Will be ordering again!
