Paliotti’s Westside - Maple Ridge

I love this restaurant! It has become a special place for me and my mother. Every time we go, we are greeted warmly and taken care of with genuine kindness. The owners show a strong dedication to their staff and customers, which is heartwarming. Our visits are made even more enjoyable thanks to the amazing waitress, Jen. She always has a smile on her face and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Jen is a true gem! During a conversation with her, we mentioned that my family has a background in farming, specifically raising pigs. Jen had a brilliant idea that has benefitted both my family and the restaurant owners - we now contribute food waste for our pigs to eat, creating an eco-friendly solution for everyone. I can't wait to come back to eat here again!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was happy to see that they offer a full vegan menu. There were so many options to choose from! I decided to try the spaghettini carbonara, which was delicious. The vegan Caesar salad was also fantastic. I am looking forward to returning in the future!

Very very good vegatarian cuisine. You can even taste the love in the dishes. I had the mushroom ravioli and my partner had the penne pagliacci. Highly recommend!!! We were stealing food from each other's plates.

I ordered a medium rare steak Neptune but received an overcooked minute steak. The potatoes were dry and tasted like instant potatoes. When I asked for butter for the potatoes, I received a dish of melted butter that had been separated in the microwave. The dish was supposed to have seafood but only had one shrimp. When I spoke to the waitress about the issues, she was disinterested and dismissive. My wife's pasta dish with seafood, for which she paid an extra $8 for more seafood, only had 5 shrimp. When she asked for fresh parmesan cheese, she received powdered cheese in a small plastic container. The food and service were both disappointing and not even worth one star. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The total cost was $120.

Fantastic personal service. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in years. It’s like having dinner with a family. All in house homemadeEvery dish I’ve had has blown me away with flavour. Just went again and wanted to get a smaller meal so I orders the appetizer calzone. OMG First it’s huge. Send the Italian sausage was amazing. The sauce on the top I wanted to get every drop so I used my finger. I know no class. It’s so rich and filled with garlic. Love this place.Vegetarian options: Huge vegan menu
