Pizza Factory - Maple Ridge

Your webpage is painful. I was trying to order, but gave up because of the garbage webpage. Food might be good, I guess I'll never know.

The pizzas at this restaurant are amazing - hot and steaming every time we order. They have their own delivery service, so it's a must-try.

I recently ordered a Canadian pizza with spicy pepperoni from this restaurant. When I called to complain about the lack of hot pepperoni, the manager told me they don't offer it. However, their menu clearly lists a pizza called "HOT and SPICE" with hot pepperoni as the first ingredient. The manager abruptly ended the call after insisting they don't have hot pepperoni. This level of customer service left us with a pizza that the kids refused to eat.

We keep coming back to this restaurant because we love the delicious food and affordable prices. What more could you want?
