Zena's Gluten Free - Maple Ridge

I bought a chocolate birthday cake from Zena's last Saturday and it was absolutely delicious. It was the first cake to be finished, even before those who didn't need gluten-free options.

One of my friends surprised me with Freedom Cupcakes and Freedom Rolls at a dinner party last night! They were a huge hit and I absolutely loved them. My friend knows my taste well!

"I made vegan waffles using the Freedom Hippie muffin mix. I simply added a little more of my dairy-free milk (cashew milk) and oil until it reached the desired consistency."

I just made my own flatbread for our burgers with the Yorkshire pudding mix. Yum-azing!
