Papa John's Pizza - Maple Shade

I absolutely adore this pizza place! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and they are always on time. Kathy, who handles deliveries, is fantastic! Today, when I picked up my order, the person who made my pizza was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though they were busy, he was more than happy to accommodate my fiancée's last-minute addition to our order. This level of customer service is truly impressive. Whoever the current manager is has really transformed this place, and the smiles on the staff's faces reflect a wonderful team spirit!

Lousy Italian hero pizza skimpy toppings and the crust was soggy what a waste of $10.66, not only that I was in the store for about 5 minutes before anyone ACTED like they wanted to wait on me. Papa John's don't have to worry about me spending any more of my money there.

I placed an order that was never received, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a replacement. Additionally, I couldn't pay with a credit card. After finally leaving with my order, I arrived home only to receive a call saying that my original order was ready for pickup. Overall, it was a frustrating experience just for pizza.

I had the worst customer service experience here. After finishing my meal, I had to call an hour later to find out they don’t deliver to my address, even though I had repeatedly provided my address during the order. I really enjoy Papa John's, but this location was quite disappointing. It feels like a really low-quality version of what you’d expect from the brand.
