Door Dash said the restaurant was responsible for the refund. The manager said they'd examine me and call me back. I never heard of the manager. This makes me question the level of customer service.
The burger was good, made with high quality ingredients. It was slightly overcooked and dry. However, the fries were excellent and I would highly recommend them. The off-putting thing for me was the robot that brought the food from the counter to the table. Maybe if it's more business, it makes sense. When the robot is loaded by an opponent who then waits a few minutes for the next customer, it just doesn't feel right. It would have felt like a more human interaction if the food was worn by the opponent.
Ordering online was easy. We ordered two burgers and chicken sandwiches with nothing. Somehow the adjustment did not save for the chicken. Both came loaded. Gentleman gave it very pleasant and fixes the order. The food was really good. A little creepy. A little expensive, but not crazy ridiculous. Can definitely try the difference like a McDonald's. Would recommend
Here with the family. I was disappointed that my big Smash-Fries were no more than I paid almost $5 for them. They were a moderate portion of slightly seasoned frits. Not like the fries I remember covered in real garlic and parsley. The gluten-free bread is bad, but it is worse if it is not roasted. It doesn't even pretend to hold the sandwich together. My wife tried many vegetarian burger patties and that was one of the worst. All in all that I wish I had spent $40 at Wendy's, where I would not have been able to leave an unproven tip. I am very hearty when I loved the experiences I had in Smash Burger in the Middle West.
Love smashburger burgers!! Be sure to bring the little ones since they have a cat-faced robot that brings the order to the table! (on Lenola Rd across from Moorestown Mall)
