Freddo - Mar de las Pampas

Very good attention from the girl in the box. We went to buy ice cream and when we got back to the dpto we lost, we were 50min walking. We returned to Freddo and the girl helped us with Google maps

We were at Mar de las Pampas in a cold week of September 2023 and we thought we'd go find fried ice cream. Off-season local timetables in the Mar de las pampas shopping center are arranged opening only weekends. This was Tuesday and we assumed Freddo would be closed. We arrived and was actually closed but within three people were working on repairs (one of them the owner of the franchise). We were told that they would open from that Friday so we were ready to leave after seeing that the other ice-cream shops were also closed. Suddenly the owner with a cool gesture tells us, come and serve them the ice cream (let's point out that all things were shattered and the systems/screens off). When we wanted to pay him incredibly, he didn't want to charge us. Really an 11 in service and customer service. We are from CABA and regular customers of Freddo and this makes the brand much higher than it is. Congratulations to the owner and the two boys who were at the Mar de las Pampas site on Tuesday 26/9/23.
