Contribuisci feedbackClosed over an hour a half early, but were still marked as open so they accepted my mobile order. All the lights off, no one working, unable to change locations in the app or call to cancel, so no money for food until I can try getting the order refunded in the morning.
I am only giving 1 start because they never have the cherry turnover and I am allergic to apple.
This is a well run store. Most of my orders are accurate and fresh. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Today I asked for a full farmhouse Roasted turkey salad. They had no roasted chicken, and I was asked if fried chicken was an okay replacement. I said yes, and received this very “humble” side salad with a chicken tender's worth of meat on top. Just thought this needed to be mentioned. Customer service was great. You guys really normally do good, please don't cut corners on us.

Tried to go on a Friday night, checked their hours before going, went through the drive through and someone on the speaker said that they are closed due to short staffing. I know that staffing is a really big problem but if someone is there to say on the speaker that they are closed couldn't they make maybe a very limited menu? Just seems off that the company would be paying an employee to say they are closed all night and not do anything.
