I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal for $11. The service was fast and the lines were running efficiently! Will definitely go again

Best chic fil a in the St. Louis region. Didn’t give 5 stars because I received a burnt chicken sandwich in the past.

I was eating a southwest salad from Chick-fil-A and bit into something hard it was a sharp piece of wood from a wooden pallet maybe idk how it got there, but when I called up there to tell them they didn’t seem to care much and just offered me my money back or a new salad. Which is cool but I expected more from them like an apology at least, they didn’t seem to care.
