Penn Station East Coast Subs

Quite possibly the most friendly Penn station I’ve been to! My wait was longer and the nice gal gave me a lemonade cookie! Seriously the best customer service. Thanks to their team!

Tonight 2/20 was my first time trying Penn Station, as Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter. Who went over the menu with me and helped me decide what to order. The young man at the grill came over and spoke with me as well. Over hearing that it was my first time, the staff was very pleasant. The food was phenomenal. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a classic Italian, It was also free cookie Tuesday, which even sweetened it more. Excellent staff, Excellent customer service, and Excellent food, would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was okay, not anything to write home to Mom about, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the prices are pretty good for what you get. The only reason I'm giving the food 4 stars out of five it's because I asked for light on the ranch dressing and it was semi drenched, next time I'll ask for no dressing and it'll probably be better. Or maybe get the dressing on the side so I can put it on myself.

Whoever was the supervisor/ manager today, 11/13 around noon, was extremely disrespectful and aggressive with her employees during our short visit. The employee was so nice and tried to fix the soda machine so my husband could get a Pepsi and the manager came out yelling out how someone else must have broke the machine. The machine got fixed, and then the manager kept yelling at her employee about how she was doing things wrong. The employee did great in spite of the aggressive manager.

Miss this place out west.. always stop when I'm in the area.. fast.. friendly..
