Smoothie King - Mar del plata

I ask for a veggie blend smoothie. She didn’t even know it was on the menu board. I had to repeat my self three times. She finally got it, and she couldn't add the enhancer fiber to the smoothie. I also ask to have the banana replaced with strawberry. Then she said it's too much of a hassle. Very poor customer experience, that's for sure…

Ordered a smoothie on the app, and the location was closed. I was unable to get a refund. Terrible experience.

Love this place but sometimes its closed when it should be open. Sometimes they run out of ice. I've ordered on the app only to walk to the store and it is closed! (Didn't get my money back) Sometimes they want the pedestrians to stand in the drive thru lane to order. This place needs to close down!! Very disappointing!!

Ordered from this store one time, online said OPEN got to the store was CLOSED. I emailed about the situation and never got a response. I will never visit this location again, actually after this experience, I stopped going to smoothie king all together. A very disappointing, unprofessional experience to spend my money online, go to pickup my order, store is closed, and when I contact to ask why it was closed no response.

Show up an hour 20 minutes before close and they’re closed. Workers inside, drive thru locked up. Nice.
