White Castle - Mar del plata

It's hit and miss as far as being open to dine in. Customer service gets 0 stars. And my burgers were bland. Last time I had coffee (about six months ago) it was good and that's the last time I was able to dine in.

Looks like they are removing the white castle on Grand and Gravois Hopefully they will hire a better crew than that ghetto one they've had for so long. The service was horrible had to call Chicago twice to get a free $15 gift card because of their lousy service

I love that they are reconstructing but they did have anything fries, soda, water, and I asked for bottom buns only and of course got the top and bottom. I mean for me to have spent 25+ dollars on two meals I should have gotten what I asked for…customer service is great listening skills not so much and supplies need to be stocked

Did not have a good experience out of three fish fillets and it was cooked in old grease don't have a picture gave it back for refund

People was rude as I've never seen I started hollering and screaming when you asked to use the toilet said that you had to buy something before you could even think about asking to use the bathroom and from a manager no less I have never seen anything more unprofessional in my life
