Staying in Sheraton for a 3 week business trip and it was usually just me and aerial team for breakfast in the early morning, only in one day there was an overnight stay for bus tour and that was a shock for the system. Buffet food always good and all that was necessary was prepared to hot breakfast service not really available until 07-00
The breakfast meal can be very tasty as the scrambled eggs when you catch it fresh after it has been delivered! There are some very tasty sweet offers such as cubed apple crumbs and a number of mascara and cakes. The service was well served with excellent style cafe con leche. Always a pleasure!
La Pampa offers one of the best Sheraton breakfasts in Argentina itself. The service is friendly, the bed linen napkins on the tables fresh and colorful. There is a wide selection of breakfast pastries, while the cereals, fruits, juices and milk drinks were extensive and of good quality. The hot foods contain bacon, baked tomatoes and agitator.
This is a Sheraton. It looks like a Sheraton. It acts like a Sheraton. The staff is super professional and helpful. They resolved a problem I had not their fault expeditiously and with a personal touch. Our room was as spacious and livable as you expect from a Sheraton. The pool looked beautiful, although I didn't try it. The wifi was free but relatively slow about 1.5 mbps down and a fraction up, but for 50 pesos a day (about $3 USA) you get a guaranteed 5mbps up and down. Breakfast was included in our room, and it was a good buffet not a spectacular feast, but a solid mix of Argentinian dishes and hearty American fare. The lobby bar was relaxing and fun. All in all it's what you expect from a Sheraton The hotel is on the far side of the city. There's some street life very nearby, but you will probably be taking taxis ... reasonably priced. And, of course, you'll be staying in a typical Sheraton that has little of the local style or flavor. That's its strength and its weakness.
