Fish Faze - Maramarua

By far the best fish and chips we have ever had in the north island! If you want fresh kai moana then Fish Faze is where you need to be. Cant beat the service, mean as sounds and the kewl spacie games are just another bonus.

I stopped at Fish Faze Maramarua tonight because I missed both breakfast and lunch today. I ordered 2 pieces of Gurnard and a scoop of chips. See the photo for the very generous meal I received, with a slice of lemon for the fish and a small punnet of tomato sauce for the chips. By the time I finished this delicious meal I was full to the brim. Definitely value for money.

Stopped by before heading back to the city and so glad we did! It’s a small hidden gem with free arcade and a jukebox. We met Shane who was so helpful and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious, especially with the in house aioli! Can’t remember what we ordered anymore but see picture for review. We finished off with free ice cream for dessert and we are still dreaming about it! Thank you for the memorable service and food!

We've been meaning to stop here for years but it never happened till now. And so glad we finally did. Hands down the best fish n chips I've had in years. Lightly battered gurnard with hot, salty, crispy chips. Big wedges of home-grown lemon for squeezing. Fish so fresh and just the right amount of batter and grease to make our lunch indulgent yet light at the same time. The Pic is of the 14 year old enjoying the free vintage video games. A top place to stop. 10/10 would recommend

The best fish and chips I've ever had! The portion sizes are really generous, and the quality of the food is impressive. I'm definitely willing to make the drive from the North Shore just to enjoy this meal again!
