The food here is remarkable, with generous portions and incredibly tasty dishes. The service was excellent; our waiter kept us entertained and our water glasses were always filled. The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic as well. Both the chef and management are exceptional. If this restaurant were located in Dallas or Austin, it would be fully booked every night. The restaurant also features a separate but connected bar, where you can dine or relax after the restaurant closes. I can't praise the 12-Gage enough. The prices are comparable to those in the Metroplex, but the quality of the food and the warmth of the people make it all worthwhile. It is a must-visit place.
