Courtepaille Besancon Marchaux

We often have a bad opinion of the restaurants on the highways and we eat there only when we have no other choice. As for the Courtepaille de l'aire de Marchaux sur l'A36, I admit I was very satisfied with the kitchen as well as the reception. Even though it is obviously not a gourmet restaurant, we eat well. Well, I enjoyed the frog that was served to me. I'll stop again with pleasure in this place if it's the time my stomach cries famine.

We made a stop in this hotel for lunch after a long road. The welcome was friendly but the card was out of date compared to what we had known a few years ago. Mean meal for the requested price, also to avoid chocolate mousse without any flavor. The glass of wine served from a doubtful taste has been changed but it is only cubi wine and much too expensive for the quality served. I will in the future strip this address to our next passage despite the kindness of service.

This small short straw does not serve all traditional dishes. The fried pillow is always excellent. The welcome is also good. The frame is very sober.

How to stay objective because the staff is really nice. Who cares about what's usually on the highway? But you should not expect to find the map of a short classic straw. If I had counsel, I would remove the name of the sign, it would prevent people from being disappointed. In addition it is a little expensive for a meal on a professional trip (more than 30 euros flat dessert 1/2 pressure).

Simple meal, prices are not exaggerated. Possibility to eat quickly if needed. Well...
